My goal was to lose body fat primarily. But, I also wanted to use it as an opportunity to create better eating habits, that could be sustainable for me in the future.
The WAG program has challenged me to make tough decisions when it comes to my nutrition, that I was never able to make in the past. The program has taught me a lot about how big of a role nutrition has in being successful in my fitness goals, but most importantly my coach and the program have held me accountable for my nutrition decisions. I think the program is excellent.
