I wanted to be lean and strong
Absolutely love WAG! I have tried eating heathy and following templates but I never stuck with those for long on my own. With WAG having someone to hold me accountable and be there to support me toward my goals is exactly what I have been needing. My coach Jessica has been great. She has helped me not only become more consistant with my nutrition and macros, but has also helped me with hydrating better, having night routines to get better sleep, etc. At the start I would do great during the week but would go back to normal habits during the weekend. Jessica was great at helping me break that habit and improve my weekend eating. I feel lighter and stronger which has helped me improve both my strength and gymnastics. Excited to see where I will be after another 6 months with WAG!
