My goal was to make sustainable long-term changes to my diet in order to improve performance at the gym and to lose weight so that I'm more tone. I have lost 14 pounds so far.
My coach was able to guide me through gradual, long-term changes so that they were sustainable and gave constant feedback on how to continue improving. Changing any habit is difficult in the beginning, I wasn't always sure I would be able to follow through with it. It became easier with time and practice and I was able to build upon the eating habits that I was developing. My weight loss was not from cutting calories but rather from more conscientiously choosing what I ate and paying attention to the effects it had on how I feel and look.
