My goal was to lose 55 lbs. So far I'm down 48 lbs!


In May 2019, I had my second baby. I told myself before I got pregnant with baby number two that after I would join a program to hold me accountable and lose all of my baby weight once and for all. I have a few friends that were successful with WAG in the past several years so decided to try it. Two weeks postpartum, I went to the WAG website and signed up.

The sign-up process was very easy and did not take long to explain who I was and what my goals were. Within a short period of time, I was introduced to my coach and we went from there. The weekly check-ins were simple and painless. I already had experience with counting macros and using MFP that the transition was simple. It has been extremely helpful for me to have someone to be accountable to every single week. If I have someone looking at what I am eating, I sometimes am less likely to cheat. It has taken me longer than I have wanted to lose the weight and I still have some to go but I know that I will be successful with WAG if I keep it up.
