Last year I had to have surgery on both of my shoulders from a torn labrum. Because of that I lost everything that I worked for. I went from 212 pounds to 202 pounds, but that 202 pounds was soft and I had no upper body muscle. I got really down on myself and went back to my big boy eating habits when I used to weigh 300 pounds. After a couple of months of that my weight shot up to 230 pounds. That is when I realized that I needed to take my nutrition serious again. Especially if I wanted to get back to where I was before. My overall goal was to drop weight and get back into the shape that I was in before my injury.

I've lost around 20 pounds and my body composition has changed drastically! I also feel healthier and always have a ton of energy!


I love this program! It keeps you accountable every single day and having to check-in every week you don't want to cheat yourself or let your coach down! Everyone is so knowledgeable and very helpful. When people ask me what I'm following I tell them and I let them know that it is 100% worth the investment.
