With this latest postpartum experience, I've lost weight by cutting.


My second postpartum journey with WAG coaching has transformed my experience with nutrition and propelled my progress to get back to my pre-baby weight in a safe and sustainable manner. Like with my first baby, I was most concerned about the impact on my milk supply and with the guidance of my coach I’ve been able to maintain supply while losing weight. I’m so happy I’ve continued to work with WAG and have built a foundation of healthy nutrition habits for a lifetime.
