When I joined the program, I thought I knew quite a bit about nutrition, but wanted to have some help dialing things in to improve my performance. I was working out 6 times a week, but honestly, was a bit soft and was struggling with muscle endurance and nagging injuries. My initial goal was to get leaner, but not impact performance, so my coach provided goals to align with that and I was able to lose 10 lbs in the first couple months. Since then, I have shifted more towards building strength and Brad has done an awesome job helping me meet my goals. I have been able to stay pretty lean while increasing my strength, which has resulted in a gradual gain back up 3-4 lbs.

WAG has been very helpful and has answered all of my questions along the way, regardless of how much I get off topic. From everyone I have met from WAG, I can say they have assembled a great team. I always kind of thought I knew enough about nutrition, but as Brad and I dug deeper into how to improve my performance, help with muscle endurance and even adjust my macros following a minor injury, I realized the statement, the more you know, the more you realize how little you really know, is definitely a true. In the last couple months, I have been hitting multiple new PR's, and my recovery has been outstanding! Working with WAG has even encouraged me to study nutrition more and really learn about the role food plays in our bodies beyond tracking macros. I am looking forward to more great progress in the next few months!
