I cannot express enough gratitude for WAG and for my amazing coach. I’ve struggled with self-esteem, body image and nutrition for years. WAG has helped me to develop healthy eating habits, find balance, and gain a healthy outlook on food without ever feeling restricted. The tools I’ve been given will help me to maintain these habits from here on out. The knowledgeable coaches do an amazing job setting you up to be successful in the long run.
