This program has changed my life. I went into it thinking I might lose a bit of weight (I'm not into crossfit or heavy exercise but I'm fairly active) so my goal was (what I had thought a bit ambitious) to be my college weight again (135). Well, from March till now, I have gone on a two week cruise, various trips and had a few 'off' days along the way but stuck to the program as much as possible.. and the results have been amazing. My coach, Hayden, has been my rock. He is encouraging, supportive and also honest in keeping me accountable.

In addition to the exceptional coaches, the Team WAG group is a family. Various ages, from various cultures and places around the world. We all share our successes and our hiccups along the way... we are in it together and I'm very proud to be a part of such a fantastic group of individuals.

I cannot say enough good things about Team WAG. Join for yourself, everyone deserves to love their body and invest in it. It will be the best decision you make today.
