Lose weight and lean out. I've lost 30 pounds!
I cannot say enough positive things about WAG. It's absolutely changed my life both mentally and physically and probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself. I started the program to just lose weight, but along the way, I saw significant improvement in the CrossFit gym and developed a much healthier relationship with food and my overall body image - which is something I have struggled with since I can remember.
