My goal was to lean down while maintaining my strength for my sport. I lost about 5 pounds.


WAG has been a game-changer. I'm a skeleton athlete on the Canadian National Team and after a winter of competing and making up my own macros, I felt bloated, unfit and unhappy.

I finally pulled the trigger on WAG because I wanted to lean down and feel like the athlete I worked so hard at being.

I had counted macros before but the weekly check-ins mean you have regular accountability and resources! My coach has been amazing at finding a way to balance my training performance with trying to lean down and guide me every step of the way! I couldn’t be happier with the skills I’ve learned, the way I feel (and look) ❤️I can’t wait to see what we accomplish in another 6 months.

P.S. This is only a 5 lb weight difference!
