My goal when I joined WAG was to lose weight and improve my athletic performance in and out of the gym. I've lost 48 lbs.

I joined the program looking to lose some weight that I had slowly been gaining back over the last couple of years after previously having worked my way down from over 300 lbs. I came into this fairly proficient at tracking my macros but was having a hard time setting the correct macronutrient targets to get me back to where I wanted to be. The program has been great setting the right nutritional targets based on my goals. The weekly check-ins have been great for keeping me accountable to hit those targets which ultimately have helped to me to achieve my goals and then some. My coach, Josh, has been great throughout my entire time in the program, is very responsive, and always positive. With his help, not only have I been able to lose close to 50 lbs during my time in the program but I've also been able to increase my strength and overall athletic performance as I prepare for my first weightlifting competition.
