Listen, I was Mrs.Skeptical. My SHREDDED hubby was all about jumping on the WAG mobile, and my mushy new mommy self was less enthused, to say the least. Having spent 100 days in the NICU with my daughter, eating cafeteria pudding 3 meals a day, living at the Ronald McDonald house alone, and NEVER once even thinking about exercising..... it was time!
It's hard. No lie. BUT.... worth the struggle! My coach, Britney, is the best! She's supportive but tough. She's a momma, so I feel like she gets it. I have good weeks and bad weeks, but I'm learning that that's ok. Understanding how much and what I need/want to eat every day has been a HUGE learning experience. I'm prob never gonna look like Ms. America or have shredded abs, but I feel better about myself and feel good in the gym again. For me, that's a WAG WIN! 😂
