My goal was to lose weight and feel more athletic. I wanted to look nice in clothing and stop feeling embarrassed about my body.


My story is not special, it is just like everyone else. I gained weight after high school and had no clue why.

My first check-in was with Adee. I sent her my photos and told her how hard it was for me to do that. She told me that my body was "beautiful" as is AND she was confident that we could make changes that made me feel better. That was the start of a whole mindset shift for me. From there she helped me to not care what others thought. I LOVED getting my check in responses from her. Suddenly I was a part of this whole community of people that thought I was a badass. WAG was filled with good vibes only, I needed that in my life and I didn't even know it. Needless to say I've been a member ever since.

I weigh exactly the same now as I did then but I look so different! Honestly, if I didn't have a nutrition coach I wouldn't have figured any of this out.

The main differences have been gaining an understanding of how calories and macronutrients work. Then came learning about servings sizes, portions and which foods were better choices. Slowly, it became habitual for me. Now I automatically eat less and crave healthier food. I never thought I would get over sweets...but I actually did. I still don't believe it. I'm really proud of myself. I still have more to learn which is exciting.
