My goal was to lose body fat. My coach guided me through a 14-pound cut.
I started with a 3-month cut, slowly decreasing my macros. I had to learn to log everything and be very consistent. I was still able to eat and drink the things I love in moderation. My coach has always been there to help me get back on track if I veered too much. After 3 months, I went to maintenance by slowly increasing my macros. This was a very scary time but my coach was always there guiding me and I learned to just trust the process.
I have been able to maintain my weight within 3 lbs since August. This seems to show that the weight loss is sustainable and has allowed for an entire lifestyle change. I am now looking to do my next cut soon and I am excited to see what my body can do.
