Goal

After completing graduate school and obtaining my Nurse Practioner degree I needed some much focus on ME! I have always been in tune with my nutrition but three years of school catches up with you! My initial goal when joining WAG was to lose around 5-7 lbs. I wanted to become more familiar with how much of what foods I should be eating. I wanted the typical “tone and lean every girl wants! Lol.

Where do I begin! My friend Lindsey Culver recommended this program to me. And I questioned her and myself a lot asking is this really for me because I don’t do cross fit. In fact, I usually jumped from any fitness classes- barre- spin- HIIT.. but nothing was really giving me results I wanted. So I said okay let’s take a look at what I’m eating and maybe combing it with the proper workout regimen will be the key. And I can 100% say with the help of my AMAZING coach Katie Holmes she proved me exactly that- and more!! Katie motivated and encouraged me. She truly could relate to the goals I wanted and even my biggest fears. She helped remind me of being able to see the bigger picture- taking all things into consideration (especially that sneaky little scale!) she taught me not to be so tough on myself but to reflect on all the accomplishments we have made.

I know I wouldn’t have seen the transformation I have today without WAG and Katie. And I will forever be grateful for this experience. Moving forward I have all the confidence I can take what Katie has taught me and apply it successfully. I now look forward to my workouts which consist of lifting weights 5-6 days a week- which I never did!! Katie started reverse dieting on me after 3 months. It has only continued to help me reach my goal of being lean! I recommend this program to anyone and everyone, we all need a little push and boost of confidence and WAG is the place to find it!

I lost 10 lbs overall in 5 months and on a small frame sitting tall at 5 feet is a lot as my coach always told me!
