WAG is fantastic! I love WAG and the nature of flexible dieting. The program helped me realize how insufficient my diet was before joining. Once I became familiar with how to track my macronutrients, playing macro-Tetris at the end of the night to hit my numbers became a sort of game. Being unconstrained in the types of foods I can eat makes me feel like this is the only sustainable model for me.
I've also really appreciated my relationship with my coach - I feel like we've really connected and he's pushed me well beyond my initial goals. The accountability of my logs and weekly check-ins also help keep me honest with myself. My energy and activity levels are greater than ever, and friends and family have marveled at my physical transformation.
