To find a new balance with exercise, eating, and life. I have lost about 5 lbs and have maintained the same weight since. That was the goal, I was up a tad from when I was competing and wanted to lose a little then find a good overall balance for me in my new routine.
I love WAG. I couldn't say enough good things about the program as well as my experience so far. I find the app I use so helpful, and simple. It keeps me in check and shows me the progress I have made through day to day interaction as well as looking back at each of my check-ins. My coach is super responsive, easy to talk too and has been helpful in more ways than I could have asked.
I have made a big change in life from training 6 hours a day to closer to an hour, and only 4-5x a week. Having someone in my corner to help me adjust how I eat so I still am feeling great has been huge. I love how my coach has taught me the importance to have more variety if I can, to learn how to eat out, and most importantly we have been working on how the scale isn't always that important and more a guide. I have grown mentally since starting WAG, and I couldn't be happier with the results I have seen in the 6 months I have been with them.
