My goal was to increase energy, recovery and gain strength. I have lost over 5 pounds.


I have been on WAG on two separate occasions with amazing and supportive coaches both times. My first time was focused on weight loss and overall physical strength. It was a huge success. My second time was after I realized I needed the structure and support of a WAG coach to not only achieve physical goals but some lifestyle changes as well. Under my coach's guidance, I not only hit PRs in powerlifting but transitioned to a vegetarian lifestyle!
