My primary goal was to lose weight. From this point a year ago I am down around 40 pounds!


WAG has been the best thing to happen in my fitness journey. The longest I stuck to any program before was 3 months. The weekly check-ins are great to keep you accountable and motivated. You have to put in the work but the consistency and support from your coach make things easier.

My coach has encouraged me along the way while still being firm and challenging my thought process. Although I may be stubborn she sticks with me and keeps me motivated.
