My goal was to get lean, gain muscle, up performance in CrossFit. I lost 7 lbs with no particular weight loss goal in mind other than performance-related. 


WAG has been a very interesting experience so far! I have learned a lot about what foods make me feel good and how to specifically eat for performance. I had no idea what flexible eating was or how important eating pre and post-workout could be. I’ve been able to learn a lot about myself from working with my coach and handle some not so good habits I’ve had in the past. I am the type of person who thrives on accountability so WAG was the perfect match for me to help me stay on track and adjust things as my goals shift. The support has been fantastic and my coach is always a message away anytime I have a question or concern.
