My goal was to lose body fat and build muscle.

Since starting with WAG in January 2020, I've lost about 15 pounds!


I've been trying to "lose weight" for years. I've always worked out, but never seemed to make progress. I started doing CrossFit and tracking macros on and off for about 4 years ago. I'd be really restrictive on what I ate, eating pretty much the same thing every day during the week. Once the weekend hit, I'd eat whatever I want because I workout, so why not? Food was a comfort for me. When having a bad day, I'd eat. If I had a good day, I'd celebrate by eating. I finally got to the point where I just needed guidance and accountability.

I was inspired by the success stories from clients at WAG, so I decided to try it out. I thought I'd just get direction on what and when to eat, but I got so much more. My WAG coach supported me in not just what I was eating, but my behaviors around food. She helped me transform my habits of using food for comfort to viewing it as fuel for my body. WAG helped me realize that nutrition is so much more than food. I've made so much progress through this journey physically, but most importantly mentally. I feel so much more confident and proud of how far I've come. I'm so grateful for my coach and the WAG community. I couldn't have made this progress without their support.
