When joined WAG my goal was to reach a certain weight and body fat %. I have been cross-fitting for a few years and wanted to improve in my gymnastics as I have always felt that my weight was holding me back. I have lost a total of around 10 kg. I still have 2 more kg to go to my goal of 58 kg and then I hope to maintain.
WAG has been amazing, it feels like I have been trying to lose weight my whole life and have never found anything so effective and easy to stick to. Weighing and measuring my food has been a real eye opener, it really does make you realize what you have been eating previously and why I was unable to reach my goals in the past. Being held accountable by weekly check-ins with my coach Kelsie has helped immensely through not only keeping me honest but the encouragement and support from her have been invaluable! so thanks, Kelsie!!
I recommend this program to anyone who is looking to make real changes not only for now but for the rest of your life. Best decision to join WAG, I will never regret it :) I am now the fittest I have ever been in my whole life and the leanest, thanks team WAG!
