Get back into shape and into the gym following an ACL tear


WAG has given me so much more than a targeted weight or body composition. The program has helped me learn how to eat enough to fuel my body, learn about some emotional issues I have with food, and build my confidence inside and out. What I love most about WAG is how I have been able to adjust the program as my life has adjusted. In the past two years I have gone from working and preparing for an NBA Dancer audition to now traveling cross-country weekly for work. Being flexible and patient with myself has allowed me to continue to grow in my overall journey with my body, fitness, and mindset.
