Molly is always up for a new adventure or experience. After seven years as an army nurse corps officer, she is excited to start her journey as a WAG coach and help people on their path to learning how to fuel their bodies efficiently through nutrition without depriving themselves.
As a former collegiate D1 rower and national collegiate soccer champion while studying abroad in Ireland, fitness and sports have always been central in her life. She has stayed active following college by training for and running at least one full marathon a year (in addition to several smaller races) as well as participating in Crossfit, olympic weightlifting and yoga. She loves balancing all different types of training in addition to mindful nutrition to keep her happy and healthy. She loves sharing the experience she had as a WAG client with friends and family and cannot wait to help coach others on their journey to health and happiness.
Molly is currently working as a rotor-wing critical care flight nurse in northern New Mexico.
