After finishing up a successful collegiate baseball career, Michael used CrossFIt to stay in shape and provide a competitive release. Shortly after beginning CrossFit, he knew that he wanted to enable people to enhance their lives through health, fitness, and nutrition. He coached CrossFit classes while attending chiropractic school. There he learned that optimal health required both regular tune-ups, and proper fuel! After shedding some of that "weightlifter" fluff as a WAG client, Michael knew he absolutely needed to be apart of the WAG team that enabled him to earn success.
When not treating patients or at the gym, Michael enjoys surfing (or attempting to), bike riding, and relaxing outdoors in Long Beach, NY.
