Kelsie has been teaching fitness for eight years in a variety of different settings. She is currently a CrossFit coach in Denver, CO. On the rare occasions that she isn't at the gym lifting or WOD'ing, she is most likely hiking the Colorado mountains, or dreaming about hiking them. Her love for intense workouts and high volume training has taught her the importance of proper nutrition to fuel performance.
As a past client of Team WAG, she has first-hand experience in learning how to transition to using food for fuel and only occasionally indulging. She understands what it is like to want to look and feel your best, but still "have a life." Kelsie loves sharing her experiences with others through coaching, whether a client is trying to improve as an athlete or just trying to improve everyday life.
