You’ll sign up for WAG, receive your custom program and communicate with your coach inside of Seismic, our custom-built coaching platform.
From your phone or computer you’ll be able to update and check-in with your coach on your performance, body weight, food intake, mood and stress. You’ll be able to upload progress photos and track all of your progress over time to ensure you’re seeing results.
Using all of that information your WAG coach will make adjustments to your nutrition and give you actionable tips and advice to move forward for the following week.
