Having worked in the wellness industry for over 8 years, Hilary has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. Whether it is nutrition coaching or coaching 4 year olds to play soccer, Hilary loves bringing her passion of sports, nutrition, and overall wellness to others. She is continuously researching, learning, and advancing her nutrition and coaching knowledge to help people efficiently achieve their goals.
Hilary has always been involved in sports and fitness in one way or another since starting soccer at the age of 4. More recently she found a love for CrossFit after joining a local gym in 2014 while 4 months pregnant with her second daughter. It is not only the CrossFit training and philosophy which Hilary is impassioned with, she is also in love with the camaraderie and community approach instilled by this community. Outside of the gym, you will find Hilary in the kitchen making green smoothies and nutritious food for her daughters, at the lake paddle boarding, or hiking with her family.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Hilary knows the ins and outs of nutrition; however, Hilary knew she needed someone to keep her accountable in order to reach her goals. To help her reclaim her body after two back-to-back pregnancies and breast-feeding for two years combined, she joined Working Against Gravity. With the help of her coach, she has never felt better and has fallen in love with the WAG community.
Hilary lives in Ontario, Canada with her husband, 2 daughters and their rescue pup, Tucker.
