- 36 grams of Ascent Casein Chocolate
- 35 grams of Cream of Wheat Maple Brown Sugar
- 1 gram Baking powder
- 1 gram Hodgson Mill Gluten Free Xanthan Gum
- 1 gram Red Star Active Dry Yeast
- 1 Egg
- Small amount of water
- Stevia to taste
- Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Add egg and small amount of water to dry ingredients.
- Mix until batter resembles a dough like consistency.
- Roll batter into a round ball and press down on parchment paper to create a giant cookie.
