Easy Breakfast Muffin

This muffin recipe couldn’t be more simple. It’s easy to make, filling and extremely macrofriendly! The recipe makes about 5 muffins, and you can eat one… or all of them!

Ingredients

  • 45g of oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 126g of egg whites
  • 100g of Gala Apple
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 375 degrees
  2. Place all ingredients but 30g of the apple in a food processor, blend until smooth
  3. Chop remaining apple into small pieces
  4. Stir apple pieces into smooth mixture
  5. Pour ingredients in non-stick cupcake pan
  6. Bake for 20 mins
