Danielle started CrossFit in 2013 and immediately dove into all aspects of the sport. She went on to get her CrossFit Level 1 certification and started teaching as a part-time coach at her local affiliate, CrossFit Pittsfield.
Soon after, she started learning all she could about fitness, health and wellness. After listening to a podcast that featured Adee speaking about her goals for WAG, Danielle knew she needed to sign up that day.
On her own journey with WAG, Danielle learned a lot about nutrition and its effects on your emotions. She also began to piece together the correct quantities of food to fuel her body for performance, rather than sticking to the mindset that she had to be starving in order to lose weight.
Now Danielle is excited to share all that she’s learned in the nutrition and fitness community to help others with their goals.
In her spare time, Danielle likes to hike, ski, read and nap. Her goals are to stay strong and healthy while setting an example of what life should look like for her two boys and baby girl!
Danielle says, “I love to help people find what works for them, something they can manage with their lifestyle and means. I currently CrossFit four to five times per week and I try to get outside and be active as much as possible—hiking, trail running, skiing and most recently mountain biking.”
