Ingredients

  • 283 grams raw cauliflower
  • 56 grams tomato paste
  • 28 grams of green onion
  • 56 grams of red tomato
  • 14 grams of raw garlic cloves
  • 28 grams of pickled jalapenos
  • 340 grams of low sodium chunk chicken broth
  • 340 grams of 100% natural chicken
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Low fat/non fat cheese (optional)
  • Tortilla chips (optional)
  • Avocado slices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine cauliflower, onion, garlic cloves and jalapenos in the food processor & pulse until everything is chopped.
  2. Combine and stir chicken broth and tomato paste in a big pot.
  3. Add all chopped ingredients to the broth.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Enjoy!
