Ingredients

  • 32 grams of Gold Standard 100% Whey- Cake Batter
  • 4 grams of Bob’s Red Mill Xanthan Gum
  • 120 grams of Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Almond Breeze
  • 30 grams of blueberries
  • 6 grams of Chocolate PB2
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 120 grams of Carbmaster Nonfat Milk Beverage Vanilla/Chocolate (optional)
  • Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 80 calorie Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine ice, xanthan gum, protein powder, milk and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
  2. Add PB2 and blueberries on top.
  3. Enjoy!
