- 32 grams of Gold Standard 100% Whey- Cake Batter
- 4 grams of Bob’s Red Mill Xanthan Gum
- 120 grams of Unsweetened Almond Milk Vanilla Almond Breeze
- 30 grams of blueberries
- 6 grams of Chocolate PB2
- 1/2 cup of ice
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- 120 grams of Carbmaster Nonfat Milk Beverage Vanilla/Chocolate (optional)
- Greek yogurt (optional)
- 80 calorie Greek yogurt (optional)
- Combine ice, xanthan gum, protein powder, milk and cinnamon into a food processor and blend until completely smooth.
- Add PB2 and blueberries on top.
