Becky did not grow up playing sports like most of her peers did. But after realizing that something needed to change during her sophomore year of college, she dove head first into learning more about fitness and nutrition. Since then, she hasn’t looked back and continues to strive to learn more. Becky discovered CrossFit in 2012 and was addicted from the first day. CrossFit has given her not just an intense level of fitness, but also self-confidence, the ability to love her body and what it is capable of and just lots of fun!
Fast forward to 2015, Becky discovered WAG while on Facebook one evening and decided to give it a try. Finally she had found the solution to the “I’ll start again Monday” syndrome and the constant yo-yo dieting that yielded the same results…none! WAG has taught Becky to fuel her body the right way and through that fuel combined with finally finding self-love, every aspect of her life is better.
Becky recently left her full-time nursing job to pursue her passion in the fitness and nutrition industry and couldn’t be happier about it! Becky’s goal is to reach as many people as possible and show them just how great they can feel with some lifestyle changes, dedication, and a little compassion!
