  • **Cake Bars**
  • 17 grams whey protein (cinnamon or vanilla)
  • 69 grams egg whites
  • 10 grams brown sugar (Splenda brown sugar used in this recipe)
  • 30 grams self rising flour
  • 15 grams whole wheat flour
  • 6 grams psyllium husk
  • 15 grams coconut flour
  • 14 grams light butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp clove and nutmeg
  • 1-2 ounces of milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup
  • **Frosting**
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 15 grams whey (vanilla)
  • A splash of milk (enough to mix ingredients)
  • A splash of pancake syrup (enough to mix ingredients)

Instructions

  1. **Cake Bars**
  2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
  3. In a bowl, mix all ingredients. Sweeten and add spice as you see fit
  4. Line a bread pan with parchment paper and spray with Pam. Pour in batter and evenly spread
  5. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Oven times will vary.
  6. **Frosting**
  7. Mix all ingredients together and place in fridge until bread is cooled
  8. Place icing on top of bread
