30 Days of Egg Whites: Chocolate Peanut Butter Egg Whites

Egg whites all day - anyway. This recipe is an incredibly simple protein packed base which can be topped with all your favourite toppings and eaten anytime of day.  Recipe from Bodybuilding.com

Ingredients

  • 190g of egg whites
  • 60ml unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 15g unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 packets of Stevia
  • 6g of PB2 (or peanut butter)
  • Pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat nonstick on medium heat
  2. Blend all ingredients together and pour into pan
  3. Cook until mixture bubbles like a regular pancake. Flip and finish off both sides.
  4. Remove and top with favourite toppings.

*Cool whip and waldens would be excellent on this as would a spoon full of frozen yogurt.
