21 Day Challenge – Day 2 – Hitting Your Targets

You've set your intentions, and now are getting used to tracking your macros.

Whether you got your macros from a coach, or from an online calculator – at first they can feel very foreign and it's not uncommon for the initial reaction upon seeing those numbers to be "now what?"

Do I have to hit these numbers exactly? What do I need to have in my kitchen to succeed? How do I plan for this? How should I spread things out throughout the day?
