Two weeks down, one to go. Let’s look back at what we’ve achieved so far!
Let’s revisit those markers of progress and take stock of what has changed, and what hasn’t yet. If you aren’t seeing physical changes yet – that’s okay – you are your own yard stick and everyone is different. Maybe you are feeling better mentally, or your performance in the gym as improved. These are all successes.
