Bircher muesli is the king of all breakfast muesli dishes (in my opinion). It has a satisfying texture, a nice sweet taste (thanks to the grated apple) and it’s great for digestion.
Traditionally, it’s very high in sugar and fat and low in protein. With some basic ingredient switches you can adjust it to fit your macros, making it the perfect pre-workout meal that’s already in your fridge and ready to go!
